Guild Wars 2 Tool site, GW2data.com just launched a beta version of a guild ranking and progress tool for PvE. This tool allows guilds to register and then log their achievements like boss kills and dungeon completions which are then put against the accomplishments of other guilds. Even in its early state, this sounds like it will be a pretty popular tool especially when you consider the fact that they offer a guild box plugin that can be added to your guild site to display the guild’s ranking. 
In order to enroll your own guild, the guild leader needs to sign up on the site and then send its PvE progress along with screenshots to the appropriate contact. Needless to say that we will be keeping an eye on this tool as it gets further developed.
